Fish tasting.

After the success of the tasting held in October for the Primary students, today we offered a “Fish Tasting” at lunchtime, where 12 students from ESO and Bachillerato   and Avelino Fernández (father of a student from the school), participated.

Focusing on the need to consume fish at all times, given the diversity of tastes in terms of varieties and processing, together with the existing limitations (presence of bones, levels of mercury, catch areas…), 7 varieties of fish were presented, with different processing. The students had to answer a small survey to evaluate the dishes, which will allow us to see which ones are more accepted, to include/maintain/remove them if necessary, in the school menu.
