In 3rd of Primary we start our project “What’s on the menu?” with a very sweet Entry Point, as Marta, our cook, taught us to make some delicious biscuits.
First she showed us the ingredients needed and then she taught us how to make the biscuits; we also learnt to make biscuits with gluten free flour and other without lactose using oil instead of margarine.
She taught us how to knead the biscuit dough and how to cut them with the mold. We put them in special trays for the oven and then she watched them and took them out. We could taste them at the end of the day and took some of them home. They were delicious and we had a great time!
