The EJE students tell us about their experience |

This year the 4th Year students in Secondary school have the opportunity to experience first hand what goes on in a business. Eje is a bilingual subject which allows us to initiate ourselves in the business world. It allows us to obtain profits through working together and providing our own capital. All of this is achieved with the advice of specialised teachers, the school organization and the collaboration of every one of us. Throughout this year we shall observe the evolution of our cooperative negotiating with other national and even international businesses.
Some of our profit making projects might be organising a football match between teachers and parents and students. In the month of May the fruits of our labour shall be seen when we shall compete in the market with other asturian businesses, undoubtedly achieving important profits which we shall subsequently share out amongst all members of the cooperative. |

On 19th October, the First and Second Year pupils went to the Filarmónica Theatre to see the play “El Caparazón dolorido” All of them enjoyed it very much and wrote about what they saw and also drew some pictures. |

On the 19th of October, the first year bachillerato students started their cardiopulmonary resuscitation practicals , given to them by Carlos Gonzalez, a nurse from the Samur and member of the NGO Asturiesxaftrica, an organization which our students regularly collaborate with. |

Construction of the football pitch |

A new grass, football seven, pitch began construction in September. When its finished our students will be able to participate in more championships, and will also be able to host all types of football events. It is a great facility to have which we hope you will like and which we are sure will contribute to both the sporting and human education of your children. |
